A WOMAN property expert has won an award for being the brainsbehind a pounds 450 million worldwide internet land database forStaffordshire believed to be the biggest of its kind in Britain.
Andy Roberts, aged 31, property and information manager with theStafford-based InStaffs UK, provided a network of information whichgives details to prospective investors around the world.
It promotes 1,500 acres containing more than five million squarefeet to a global audience and provides on-the-spot information onindividual plots of land and buildings in Staffordshire worth atleast pounds 450 million simply by typing inwww.instaffs.co.uk.Miss Roberts won the 1998 "Midlands Business -- The NextGeneration" award for creating the United Kingdom's first fullyinteractive commercial property database.So far the website has been a major success and has helped raisethe awareness of Staffordshire among people who want to expand orrelocate their businesses.
