NSW: ICAC recommends "smoking gun memo" author be charged=2
ICAC commissioner IRENE MOSS says Mr KITE's actions have possibly damaged the credibility
of genuine whistleblowers.
She says many innocent people have been hurt by the allegations and it's hoped their
reputations can be restored through the release of the report.
